Oddrun Guddbrandsen Occupation: Nutrition researcher at the Section for Medical Biochemistry, Department of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Bergen (UiB).
Klavs Martin Sørensen,  UNIV. of COPENHAGEN, DENMARK Associate Professor at the Department of Food Science, University of Copenhagen, and has specialized in rapid measurement technologies for the  food industry.Previous to his academic career, Klavs has been involved in the slaughter industry with more than 10 years of experience as an R&D manager of measurement equipment. Klavs is currently involved in an R&D project with Daka Denmark A/S, researching methods for rapid determination of biogenic amine load in waste streams. 
Curtis Strahm, WENGER, USA Director of Extrusion Application for the Companion Animal Division of Wenger Mfg. Inc.  He received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Missouri Western State.  He has been active in R&D, equipment application and process solutions since 1989 with various product/equipment patents.  He presents equipment and process solutions to the pet food industry in public and private forums worldwide.
Dr. Victor Fragua, VIVAE DIANA PETFOOD, FRANCE Dr.   Víctor   Fragua   obtained   a   veterinary   degree   in   2008.   He   worked   in   general   practice   for two   years,   in   both   Barcelona   and   United   Kingdom,   before   completing   a   PhD   in   animal nutrition   in   2014   by   the   Universitat   Autònma   de   Barcelona   (UAB,   Spain).   Author   and   co- author   of   papers   published   in   national   and   international   journals.   He   is   an   active   member of   several   veterinary   associations   such   as   AAVN,   ESVCN   and   AVEPA.   Currently   he   works   as   a project manager in Health and Nutrition activity: Vivae, in Diana Petfood (Elven, France).
Eddy Torp,  DUE MILJØ AS, NORWAY
